Mobile Spa Etiquette

What to expect

We provide all the equipment, tools and products needed to perform your service even the extension cords. We need you to just find your favorite place to sit and be relatively close to a plug. We have our own seat for both our manicures/pedicures/lash services. For our pedicures we have a mat that is placed under the foot basin so your floor or carpet will NOT get wet. We also use 1 time use pedicure liners and maintain very high sanitation and disinfection standards. We will contact you the day before to inquire about your desired color for your manicure or pedicure and will bring several options for you to choose from. We look forward to serving you! 

Our Arrival

We will  try to arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to reservation to set up, if not we will see you at your appointed time.

Late Start

If we start the services late due to clients arriving late you may receive a shortened service so the technician can stay on schedule.

If the arrival is too late you may have to reschedule which could require a forfeiture of your deposit if a deposit was not paid then a $15 last minute cancellation fee for each service may apply.  

DEPOSITS/Prepayments

We do require a $15 deposit for new clients and certain services. Lash Extension Full Set & Hair Extension clients we do require a $50 deposit, the deposit will go towards your balance at checkout.

Massage & Facial clients we do require prepayment of services 48 hours before services are to be rendered.

CANCELLATIONS/Rescheduling

If the reservation is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice the deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required to rebook. 

There is a $15 LAST MINUTE FEE for each service not rescheduled/cancelled more than 24 hrs before the reservation. (For returning clients that did not pay deposits for their services) 

NO SHOWS

We require full payment of services for clients that  NO SHOW/NO CALL. A client that has no show/no called will have to pay the fee prior to re-booking. If this happens more than twice the client will be required to prepay for services.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in your services but can be paid with your card or cash at checkout at the discretion of the client. Gratuities are typically 18% - 20% of your full service price. Our licensed professionals always appreciate gratuities.   

REFERRALS

Get $30 Credit to use towards your services. You will get (3) $10 gift cards that can be used for 3 separate reservations. Thank you in advance!

Products...Services Policy

Sales on services & service packages are final. If you are unsatisfied with a service please bring to our attention immediately and we will try to resolve your concern. 

Products are non refundable. 

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for purchase and are final sale and can be used for services only. Not eligible for product purchases. Not redeemable for cash.

Prior to Reservation

Spray Tan clients please shower and exfoliate the skin the day or night before. Please do not apply any oils/lotions prior to your spray session.

Waxing/Facial Clients please stop application of all of your retinoid and alpha hydroxy acids at least 3 days prior to your reservation.

Lash clients please arrive with no eye makeup prior to your lash reservation.

Payment

We accept Cash, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Spa & Wellness Gift Cards. We do not accept Checks.

Animals/pets

Please keep your animals/pets in an area where they will not interfere with the technicians work.
